Ben Simmons Tells LeBron He's Eager to Face Him, LeBron Responds with Trophy

LeBron James has been feeling himself lately.

After leading his hometown Cleveland Cavaliers to their first-ever NBA title, the four-time MVP has taken no prisoners. That includes Stephen Curry.

The King's latest victim? No. 1 pick Ben Simmons.

After the Philadelphia 76ers drafted the Australian forward first overall Thursday night, Simmons told Dan Patrick that he spoke to LBJ on FaceTime.

James offered his congratulations, and Simmons told LeBron he's excited to finally take the court against him.

No. 23's response was legendary.

"He just flipped the camera and it was the championship trophy," Simmons said. "So I couldn't say anything back."
