Cavaliers vs. Warriors: Game 1 Video Highlights and Recap from 2016 NBA Finals

The Golden State Warriors bench picked up the slack for Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson during Game 1 of the NBA Finals on Thursday and led the team to a 104-89 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers. 

According to Warriors PR, Golden State's bench outscored Cleveland's 45-10. Shaun Livingston led the way with 20 points, while Draymond Green carried the load for the starters with 16 points, 11 rebounds, seven assists and four steals. 

Curry (4-of-15 for 11 points) and Thompson (4-of-12 for nine points) struggled from the field, but seven Warriors in all scored in double figures. 

As for Cleveland, LeBron James just missed a triple-double with 23 points, 12 rebounds and nine assists. Kyrie Irving scored a game-high 26 points, while Kevin Love added a double-double with 17 points and 13 rebounds in the defeat.
