Which NBA Teams Are 1 Move Away from Title Contention?

The conference finals are beginning to wrap up, and out of the 30 teams that started this season, only four remain. Soon, only two will remain. It's not a surprise that these four teams all finished in the top three of their respective conferences.

As always, a lot can change between the 2016 NBA Finals and the start of the 2016-17 season. Some teams have a lot of work to do if they want to make deep runs in the playoffs. Others are only one move away from being postseason threats. So, which teams are just one step away? And what moves should they make?
