Heat vs. Raptors: Game 5 Video Highlights and Recap from 2016 NBA Playoffs

Behind some late-game heroics from Kyle Lowry, the Toronto Raptors downed the Miami Heat, 99-91, Wednesday night at Air Canada Centre to win Game 5 and take a 3-2 series lead. 

DeMar DeRozan led all scorers with 34 points on 11-of-22 shooting (11-of-11 from the free-throw line), and Lowry added 25 points, 10 rebounds and six assists. 

Dwyane Wade topped the Heat with 20 points, while Josh Richardson and Goran Dragic dropped 13 points apiece in the loss. 

By virtue of Wednesday's win, the Raptors now have a chance to clinch a spot in the franchise's first-ever Eastern Conference Finals on Friday night in Miami.
