The Cleveland Cavaliers finished their second-round sweep of the Atlanta Hawks on Sunday with a 100-99 victory. It is the second consecutive year the Cavaliers swept the Hawks out of the playoffs.
Kevin Love led the way Sunday with 27 points and 13 rebounds behind eight made three-pointers. LeBron James nearly tallied a triple-double with 21 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists, while Kyrie Irving chipped in 21 points and eight assists.
Five different Hawks finished in double figures during the loss, including Dennis Schroder, who scored a team-high 21 points off the bench.
Cleveland will now play the winner of the series between the Toronto Raptors and Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference Finals.
