Nike Kobe 11 'Muse Pack' Release Date, Pics and Retail Price
The celebratory hits keep coming from the Kobe Bryant 11 Muse Pack as the kicks realm honors the retirement of a legend.
The first offering from the epic three-shoe pack, the Avar Muse, is already out in the wild and available for $200, according to Sneaker Bar Detroit.
Next up is the Tinker Muse, seen above, slotted at the same price point and slated for a May 5 release date. The third, Mark Parker, is still without an official drop point.

That slick "brave blue" and "metallic silver" shoe is the Avar Muse, an offering from designer Eric Avar.
According to Nike.com, Bryant and Avar's shared love for nature is the inspiration behind the epic design:
"The design reflects Bryant and Avar’s mutual interest in nature, with a particular focus on Yosemite National Park’s “El Capitan” rock formation, an elite climbing destination. “Nature in its complex simplicity is in a constant state of refinement,” explains Avar. The shoe features crafted details, like a leather patch on the right heel printed with a philosophy that Avar and Bryant share: “I see beauty in the struggle.”

The biggest story here, though, is the shoe dropping on May 5: the Tinker.
According to the man himself, the design comes from his love for Michael Jordan and one important shoe in history:
Bryant went on to explain what it meant to work with the man behind the epic shoe, Tinker Hatfield, per Nike.com:
"The Jordan IIIs were my all-time favorite, still my favorite to this day. To be able to grow up and appreciate all the Jordans and then to actually sit with the man who designed those and kind of understand how he designed them the way he did, why he designed them the way he has... That’s amazing.
"
It's a stunning shoe, to say the least, bathed in the "cool gray" and "black-university" designs.
Traditional colors, exceptional design. B/R Kicks provided a shot of the back, which gets the patented logo in red, the smooth red tongue and a slick design:
One doesn't need to have the shoe in front of them to understand the smooth textures going on across the design, not to mention how well it surely feels and performs.
ESPN's Darren Rovell looked at a few more angles, including a zoomed-in view of the front's logo:
Everyone understood Bryant's retirement meant incredible things for the shoe game.
This, though?
In a word: incredible. One of the game's legends teams up with some of the most notable designers in history to offer a pack for the ages.
As if sneakerheads should have expected anything else from Bryant.
