The Golden State Warriors' pursuit of history continued on Saturday against the Memphis Grizzlies at FedExForum.
Golden State entered with a 70-9 record and needed to win out to set the NBA record for wins in a season (73).
The Grizzlies were extremely banged-up and needed Zach Randolph plus a patchwork rotation to play at a high level for any hope of pulling off an upset.
Memphis put up an excellent fight, but the Warriors escaped with a 100-99 victory.
