Raptors vs. Grizzlies: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from April 1

DeMar DeRozan scored a game-high 27 points and the Toronto Raptors erased an eight-point halftime deficit to defeat the Memphis Grizzlies, 99-95, at FedEx Forum in Memphis.

The Raptors stormed back in the third quarter by scoring 29 points and taking a two-point lead. Despite a team-high 16 points by Memphis forward Zach Randolph, the depleted Grizzlies lost their fifth straight game.

Meanwhile, the Raptors inched closer to home-court advantage in at least the first two rounds of the Eastern Conference playoffs with their win.
