According to multiple sources around the NFL, the Philadelphia Eagles could very well draft a quarterback with the No. 8 pick in the 2016 NFL draft, or possibly even higher should they trade up.
What moves have the Eagles made to support the notion that they're interested in drafting a quarterback in the first round? Could this all just be clever subterfuge on the Eagles' part?
