Pelicans vs. Spurs: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from March 30

The San Antonio Spurs made history Wednesday night, as they became the first team in NBA history to open a season 38-0 at home thanks to a 100-92 win over the New Orleans Pelicans. 

Manu Ginobili led the way with 20 points off the bench, while Danny Green and Kawhi Leonard each recorded 16 points. 

The injury-riddled Pelicans were paced by 18 points from Alexis Ajinca and 14 points from 10-day signee Jordan Hamilton.
