Thunder vs. Raptors: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from March 28

The red-hot Oklahoma City Thunder won their eighth game in a row on Monday with a 119-100 victory over the Toronto Raptors.

Russell Westbrook led the way with a triple-double with 26 points, 12 assists and 11 rebounds. Kevin Durant added 34 points, eight rebounds and eight assists. 

Five different Raptors scored in double figures in the loss.
