Nuggets vs. Lakers: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from March 25

The Denver Nuggets' slim playoff hopes got a boost with a 116-105 victory against the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday night. 

The Nuggets have traded wins and losses in their previous three games, which came after a three-game losing streak, dropping them behind the Dallas Mavericks and Utah Jazz in the battle for the last playoff spot. 

Denver's offense was balanced against the Lakers. Five players scored in double figures, led by D.J. Augustin's 20 points and eight assists. Joffrey Lauvergne just missed a double-double with nine points and 10 rebounds. 

The Lakers are using their final weeks of the regular season to see what they can get from the young nucleus, including D'Angelo Russell, Julius Randle and Jordan Clarkson.

Kobe Bryant led the way on Friday night with 28 points for the Lakers. Clarkson added 20 points, while Randle had a triple-double with 13 points, 18 rebounds and 10 assists.
