Grizzlies vs. Spurs: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from March 25

The top two teams in the Southwest division met on Friday night, with the San Antonio Spurs extending their home winning streak to 37 games this season by defeating the Memphis Grizzlies, 110-104. 

The Grizzlies have struggled on the road this season, owning a 16-20 mark before Friday, and lost five of their previous seven games overall as their roster has been depleted by injuries. 

JaMychal Green was terrific in defeat, finishing with 20 points in 25 minutes. Lance Stephenson added 17 points and three steals for the Grizzlies, though it wasn't enough. 

The Spurs have been dominant at home, owning a perfect 36-0 record before the Grizzlies came to town, and are within shouting distance of Golden State for the NBA's best record. 

LaMarcus Aldridge was the difference-maker for San Antonio, scoring 32 points and grabbing 12 rebounds. Tim Duncan, Tony Parker and Kevin Martin combined for 39 points, 14 assists and 14 rebounds in the win.
