Nuggets vs. Hornets: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from March 19

The Charlotte Hornets entered Saturday's home game against the Denver Nuggets having won nine of their previous 10 games.

Charlotte was also only a half-game behind the Atlanta Hawks for the No. 3 spot in the East standings. The Nuggets were hoping rookie point guard Emmanuel Mudiay could continue his improved shooting of late (44.2 percent in March) to aid their upset bid at Time Warner Cable Arena.

Denver reserve guard D.J. Augustin stepped up off the bench with 24 points to lead the Nuggets in a 101-93 victory.
