Kings vs. Spurs: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from March 5

The San Antonio Spurs' home winning streak has been extended to 30 games after a 104-94 victory over the Sacramento Kings. 

The Spurs have already clinched a playoff berth, so their goal the rest of this season is to remain healthy. The Kings, who entered Saturday with a 25-35 record, weren't expected to provide much of a challenge. 

San Antonio was happy to welcome back Manu Ginobili, who scored 22 points in 15 minutes. Kawhi Leonard tallied his second straight double-double, with 25 points and 13 rebounds. 

DeMarcus Cousins played well for the Kings, finishing with 31 points and nine rebounds. Quincy Acy had a perfect shooting night, going 7-of-7 for 16 points to go along with seven rebounds.
