Heat vs. 76ers: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from March 4
The Southeast Division-leading Miami Heat knocked off the Philadelphia 76ers by a final score of 112-102 on Friday.
The Heat have taken care of business in this soft part of their schedule, owning a four-game winning streak with victories against New York, Chicago, Phoenix and now the Sixers.
Hassan Whiteside was tremendous off the bench, recording his seventh double-double in the last eight games with 19 points and 19 rebounds. Dwyane Wade led the Heat's balanced offensive attack with 21 points. Seven players scored in double figures for Miami in the win.
The 76ers are just looking for a hug at this point in the season, losing 11 straight games after Friday night, including four straight by at least 10 points.
Ish Smith did his best to keep Philadelphia in the game, dropping a game-high 26 points and grabbing eight rebounds. Robert Covington looked good in the loss with 25 points and five rebounds.
