Spurs vs. Pelicans: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from March 3

The red-hot San Antonio Spurs continued their winning ways Thursday with a 94-86 victory over the New Orleans Pelicans. The Spurs have won seven games in a row and are 13-1 in their last 14 outings. 

Kawhi Leonard (30 points and 11 rebounds) and LaMarcus Aldridge (26 points and eight boards) led the way for San Antonio. 

Anthony Davis posted a double-double with 17 points and 13 rebounds for New Orleans, but it was to no avail.
