Pistons vs. Spurs: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from March 2

The red-hot San Antonio Spurs won their sixth game in a row Wednesday with a 97-81 victory over the Detroit Pistons. San Antonio has now won 12 of its last 13 contests. 

Kawhi Leonard led the way with 27 points, six rebounds and five assists, while LaMarcus Aldridge added 23 points and 10 rebounds. 

Marcus Morris and Tobias Harris each scored 16 points for the Pistons in the losing effort.
