Nets vs. Lakers: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from March 1

The Los Angeles Lakers dispatched the Brooklyn Nets, 107-101, Tuesday night at Staples Center behind D'Angelo Russell's career night. 

In the best game of his rookie season to date, Russell dropped 39 points on 14-of-21 shooting, including 8-of-12 from three. Jordan Clarkson added 16 points, while Julius Randle and Roy Hibbert contributed 14 points apiece. 

Brook Lopez and Thaddeus Young topped the Nets with 23 and 19 points, respectively.
