Rockets vs. Trail Blazers: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from Feb. 25

The Houston Rockets snapped the Portland Trail Blazers' six-game winning streak Thursday with a 119-105 victory. 

James Harden led the way with 46 points, eight assists and five rebounds, while Dwight Howard posted a double-double with 19 points and 13 boards. 

Damian Lillard scored 23 points and dished out seven assists for Portland, but his team could not hold onto a fourth-quarter lead and was outscored 33-12 in the final 12 minutes.
