76ers vs. Pistons: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from Feb. 24

The Detroit Pistons breezed past the Philadelphia 76ers, 111-91, Wednesday night behind 22 points and eight rebounds from Tobias Harris. 

Reggie Jackson added 17 points and five assists, while Andre Drummond stuffed the stat sheet with 12 points, 18 rebounds and a block. 

Hollis Thompson led the Sixers with 19 points off the bench, while Jahlil Okafor (13 points) was the team's only starter to score in double figures.
