Buddy Hield scored 29 points to lead the third-ranked Oklahoma Sooners past the No. 10 West Virginia Mountaineers 76-62 in Morgantown.

Oklahoma (21-5, 9-5 Big 12) used a 24-10 advantage during the final seven minutes of the game to earn the regular-season sweep.

Isaiah Cousins knocked down a couple timely shots late, finishing with 12 points, eight rebounds and five assists. Khadeem Lattin registered nine points, 13 rebounds and six blocks.

Tarik Phillip led West Virginia (20-7, 9-5) with 17 points, but the team's 21-of-63 mark from the field and 12 turnovers were too much to overcome.

Although Jaysean Paige chipped in 13 points, he and Jevon Carter combined to bury just five of their 26 attempts—including a 1-of-10 clip from beyond the arc.
