Kansas vs. Oklahoma: Live Score, Highlights and Reaction

Carol SchramFeb 13, 2016

The Kansas Jayhawks are 2-0 against the Oklahoma Sooners this season after a 76-72 win in Norman on Saturday.

After winning a triple-overtime thriller 109-106 on their home court back in January, the No. 6 Jayhawks got it done in regulation in Oklahoma, taking advantage of uncharacteristically poor shooting by the No. 3 Sooners to build a big first-half lead, then hang on down the stretch.

Kansas was led by Devonte' Graham, who scored 27 points and was 6-of-9 from three-point territory. For the first time all year, Oklahoma star Buddy Hield failed to record a field goal in a half; he tallied just six pointsall on free throws—in the first half. Hield heated up in the second, though, finishing with 24 points on 5-of-15 shooting.

But Hield missed a free throw that could have tied the game, and that provided the opening the Jayhawks needed with 26 seconds left to play, forcing the Sooners to foul the rest of the way.

The loss is Oklahoma's second in three games, while Kansas is now riding a five-game winning streak.
