Drake Talks Jordans, Says His Job Is to Act Like MJ Onstage
That boy's up to something.
It's no secret hip-hop star Drake is a fan of Michael Jordan and his sneakers. The rapper frequently name-drops the Hall of Famer in his lyrics and even collaborated with Future on a hit song called "Jumpman."
On Sunday, the brand tweeted a video of Drizzy talking about his personal connection to the company. He mentioned his first pair of kicks and went on to compare himself to His Airness.
"It can apply to anything, anyone's life, you know. My life is to go out there and get on that stage, you know, act as if I am Mike. Act as if it is the playoffs. Act as if there is a championship trophy to be won. But when I'm walking through the tunnel, I have the same fire in my eyes.

Drake and Jordan have worked together on an OVO line of sneakers in the past. The latest installment will come out Saturday.
