The Cleveland Cavaliers topped the San Antonio Spurs, 117-103, at Quicken Loans Arena on Saturday night to capture their fourth straight win.

LeBron James scored a game-high 29 points, while Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love added 21 points apiece against the league's top-ranked defense.

Kawhi Leonard and LaMarcus Aldridge led the Spurs with 24 and 15 points, respectively, but San Antonio couldn't stop Cleveland's offense with Tim Duncan (knee) out for the third straight game.
