Behind a balanced scoring effort, the Washington Wizards (21-24) went on the road and beat the Houston Rockets (25-25), Saturday at the Toyota Center.
Eight Wizards scored in double figures, with a ninth, Otto Porter, adding nine. John Wall led the way with 19 points and 13 assists. Ramon Sessions dropped 17 off the bench.
The Rockets were led by James Harden, who scored 40 points on 20 shots. Dwight Howard added 20 before being ejected for the second straight game in the second half.
The season series between these teams is now wrapped up, with a final tally of 1-1.
