Thunder 116, Rockets 108—Final

Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook propelled the Oklahoma City Thunder past the Houston Rockets 116-108 at Chesapeake Energy Arena on Friday.

The superstar duo combined for 59 points, 22 rebounds and 17 assists, and Westbrook registered his sixth triple-double of the season. Oklahoma City improved to 36-13 overall and 22-5 at home.

James Harden paced the Rockets (25-24) with 33 points. However, Houston mustered a 9-of-39 mark from three-point range, resulting in the team's fourth-worst percentage (23.1) of the year.

Additionally, Dwight Howard was ejected during the third quarter after picking up his second technical. Without that rim protection, Enes Kanter scored 14 of his 22 points during the final period to seal the win for the Thunder.
