Behind a big night from their oft-derided bench, the Los Angeles Clippers (31-16) cruised to a 105-93 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers (9-40), Friday at the Staples Center.

Chris Paul led the Clippers with 27 points on 18 shots and seven assists. He was the only Clippers starter to hit double figures.

Austin Rivers, Lance Stephenson and Jamal Crawford all pitched in off the bench, scoring 17, 16 and 15 points, respectively.

The Lakers were led by Julius Randle, who a career night, scoring 23 points and grabbing 14 rebounds. Jordan Clarkson added 17 points in the loss.

The Clippers now lead the season series, 2-0, with the next game coming on April 5.
