Dallas Mavericks Liken Chandler Parsons to Stephen Curry, Delete Tweet
While his team suffered a 127-107 loss to the reigning champions, Dallas Mavericks forward Chandler Parsons (23 points and seven rebounds) had himself a nice game against the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday night.
It was so nice, in fact, that the Mavericks' official Twitter account got a little carried away.
Chandler went 8-of-13 from the floor, including 4-of-6 from beyond the arc, against Golden State. Caught up in that nice shooting performance, the team used Twitter to dub their forward "Chandler 'Steph' Parsons."

"the mavs tweeted and deleted this. early contender for worst tweet of 2016 pic.twitter.com/RgOL54r4lo

Dallas wound up deleting the tweet, but not before some Twitter users took a screenshot.
As Mavericks owner Mark Cuban notoriously says, "I'm out."
