The Detroit Pistons played an uninspiring first half, but a 66-point second-half performance allowed them to defeat the Philadelphia 76ers 110-97 on Wednesday night.

Andre Drummond stuffed the stat sheet with 25 points, 18 rebounds and two steals, while Reggie Jackson led all scorers with 27 points.

Jerami Grant's career-high 21 points topped all Sixers scorers. Nerlens Noel added 20 points on 9-of-11 shooting in yet another efficient performance.
