Winston Moss Will Replace Mike McCarthy as 2016 NFL Pro Bowl Head Coach
Green Bay Packers head coach Mike McCarthy won't coach in the Pro Bowl in Hawaii after coming down with a stomach illness, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN and Weston Hodkiewicz of the Green Bay Press-Gazette.
Schefter also noted Wednesday that doctors have advised against McCarthy traveling. Hodkiewicz reported that Winston Moss, the Packers' assistant head coach and linebackers coach, will take over coaching duties.
Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid will coach the other team in this year's contest. The coaches are chosen from the two highest seeds eliminated in the divisional round of the NFL postseason.

McCarthy, 52, led the Packers to a 10-6 record this season and a berth in the postseason. The team beat Washington in the Wild Card Round before losing in overtime to the Arizona Cardinals in the NFC Divisional Round.
McCarthy has spent 10 seasons with the Packers, going 104-55-1 with eight playoff appearances—including seven straight playoff berths—and a Super Bowl title in the 2010 season.
McCarthy joins a record-setting number of players who have already withdrawn from the game, including Patrick Peterson, Brandon Marshall, Larry Fitzgerald, Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers, Ben Roethlisberger and Carson Palmer, among others.
