The Dallas Mavericks entered Wednesday's game looking for some consistency after going 4-4 in their last eight. Playing against the Minnesota Timberwolves was an ideal solution.

The Timberwolves were 1-10 in their last 11 before Wednesday, and Dallas had won four straight in this matchup, including a showdown in Minnesota on Jan. 10.

The Mavericks won again Wednesday, 106-94, but they needed overtime and 30 points from Chandler Parsons.
