Timberwolves vs. Pelicans: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from Jan. 19

The Minnesota Timberwolves were looking to establish some momentum Tuesday against the New Orleans Pelicans after they snapped a nine-game losing streak with a victory over the Phoenix Suns on Sunday.

The Pelicans were looking for the same thing after winning two of their last three entering Tuesday following a dismal 1-6 stretch.

Tuesday was the first of four matchups between these two teams this season, although the Pelicans won all four in the 2014-15 campaign.

The Pelicans took home a 114-99 win.
