Celtics vs. Mavericks: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from Jan. 18

The Dallas Mavericks lost three of four coming into Monday's contest against the Boston Celtics, but the matchup was an ideal one based on recent history.

The Mavs beat Boston in the last six contests between the two teams and were looking to make it seven Monday.

As for the Celtics, they entered Monday with wins in three straight after a four-game losing streak.

Dallas once again beat the Celtics on Monday, but it needed overtime and 31 points from Dirk Nowitzki to win, 118-113.
