Bulls vs. Pistons: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from Jan. 18

The Chicago Bulls and Detroit Pistons are both in the thick of the Eastern Conference playoff race, but they also entered Monday's game following recent struggles.

The Bulls dropped four of their last five before Monday and lost big man Joakim Noah to a serious shoulder injury.

The Pistons lost two of their last three, although the one win in that stretch came against the defending champion Golden State Warriors.

Detroit won the first two matchups of the season series between these two division rivals, although both games went into overtime (the one on Dec. 18 needed four overtimes).

Chicago got the best of the Pistons Monday to the tune of 111-101 behind 31 points, 12 rebounds and three blocks from Pau Gasol.
