Timberwolves vs. Rockets: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from Jan. 13

The Minnesota Timberwolves were headed nowhere fast with seven straight losses and a 1-11 mark in their last 12 games coming into Wednesday's contest with the Houston Rockets.

Minnesota didn't even reach 100 points scored during that 12-game span, which seemed likely to pose a problem against James Harden and Co.

As for those Rockets, they had won four in a row before Wednesday and were starting to look like a team that could challenge for a title in the Western Conference.

This was the first matchup between the Western Conference opponents all season.

The Rockets won 107-104.
