You can’t teach length. Some have it, some don’t.
New York Knicks rookie Kristaps Porzingis definitely has it.
In the fourth quarter against the Boston Celtics on Tuesday night, the 7’3” rookie went on a block spree. First, he swatted Marcus Smart on a fast break. Then, Jared Sullinger got the ball, and KP sent him packing, too.
Jonas Jerebko corralled the rock and nearly felt the wrath of Latvia. Instead, he got rim-stuffed while trying to avoid Porzingis’ reach.
The 20-year-old finished with 26 points, six rebounds, two assists, two blocks and two steals in New York's 120-114 win.
