Wizards vs. Bulls: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from Jan. 11
For the first time in over two weeks, Joakim Noah suited up for the Chicago Bulls when they took on the Washington Wizards Monday night.
ESPN.com's Nick Friedell reported Monday Noah would be healthy enough to play after recovering from a shoulder tear.
According to NBA.com, the Bulls have been a better defensive team with Noah on the floor but a worse team on balance. Before Monday night, Chicago had a minus-0.3 net rating when Noah played, compared to a 2.8 net rating when he was on the bench.
Head coach Fred Hoiberg is clearly figuring out the best way to use the former Defensive Player of the Year, and that task wasn't made any easier by Noah's injury.
A returning Noah wasn't enough to propel Chicago to victory, with the Bulls falling 114-100 to the Wizards.
