Williams kept the Lakers in the game throughout, but was particularly impressive in the fourth quarter. He scored 23 of his career-high 44 points in that frame.

Despite Williams' hot night, the Lakers isolated Kobe Bryant for their last possession of the game. Down two with 13 seconds left, Bryant forced a tough shot over Kevin Durant and came up short. He finished with 19 points on 20 shots.

OKC now leads the season series, 3-0. The final meeting between these teams will be on April 11 at Chesapeake Energy Arena.
