Hornets vs. Suns: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from Jan. 6

It was a battle of losing streaks Wednesday night as the Charlotte Hornets took on the Phoenix Suns. Charlotte entered the contest as the losers of four straight, which dropped its record all the way down to .500 after a promising 14-8 start to the season.

Things have been even worse for Phoenix as of late. It came into the game with the league's longest losing skid at nine games, and several of those defeats came in blowout fashion. The only silver lining for both sides was that one of the streaks had to end.

The Suns snapped out of their funk and secured a 111-102 victory.
