The Indiana Pacers and Miami Heat squared off Monday at American Airlines Arena, seeking leverage in what's become a crowded early-season playoff picture in the Eastern Conference.
Indiana has benefited greatly from Paul George's resurgence this season. The Heat have continued to play stellar defense under coach Erik Spoelstra, but they were without elite rim protector Hassan Whiteside for Monday's contest.
The Heat wound up securing the win, 103-100, in overtime.
