Courtside Fan Gets Red Card for Yelling at Kevin Durant over Standing Too Close

Thomas DuffyJan 2, 2016

Most fans sitting courtside just want to watch the game.

Apparently, at one point, KD was standing too close to the fan.

Seriously?

A league official talked to (and probably embarrassed) the guy, whom we later learned was given a red card.

Essentially, this was a warning that if he kept going on with the "verbal abuse," he’d get tossed. Spencer Stilwell provided a closeup of the red card's detailed explanation:

Durant, unfazed by the heckler, finished the game with a team-high 29 points.
