NFL Predictions Week 15: Picks and Odds Advice for Latest Schedule
College bowl games look to steal the attention beginning this weekend, but bettors can use the time to make some headway on Week 15 NFL lines.
There's a handful of games left on the slate after Thursday and Saturday contests and little in the way of line movements. It's an odd week, too, with so many games featuring hefty lines and what look like rather simplistic decisions as contenders continue to pull away from pretenders shutting it down.
There's always a spoiler storyline to watch out for this time of year, but a lack of many divisional matchups makes Week 15 rather straightforward upon first glance. Here's a look at the full details and some last-second picks.

Last-Second Odds to Bet
Tennessee at New England (-14)
Bettors might flee from this line because New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady didn't practice Friday.
First of all, Brady's still expected to play, according to Jeff Howe of the Boston Herald. Second, the Patriots could probably cover this spread at home with backup Jimmy Garoppolo under center.
New England snapped a two-game skid last week with a 27-6 throttling of Houston via strong defense and two passing scores from Brady. Rob Gronkowski's healthy and it's clear James White can play the Dion Lewis role, so there's little in the way of concern for the offense.
Also helping matters is the woeful state of the Tennessee Titans. Rookie quarterback Marcus Mariota has flashed promise all season, but promise doesn't win games, hence the Titans losing four of their last five.
Last time out was a 30-8 laugher at the hands of the New York Jets in which Mariota went just 21-of-39 and the offense rushed 13 times for 24 yards.
The Patriots have eyes set on the postseason and proper positioning. Tennessee might be thinking about the No. 1 pick in the draft. Las Vegas has the right bead on this one.
Prediction: Patriots 38, Titans 17
Cleveland at Seattle (-14.5)
Feel confident in another over on a massive line this weekend thanks to the Seattle Seahawks playing host to the Cleveland Browns.
Cleveland might also have thoughts of the No. 1 pick at this point, especially if Johnny Manziel can't pan out over the next few games. He threw for 270 yards with a touchdown and interception last week in a 24-10 win against San Francisco, while Isaiah Crowell picked up 145 rushing yards and two scores.
Fine, but this is the Legion of Boom, which allows an average of just 224.6 passing yards per game and ranks second in the league with just 83.2 rushing yards permitted per game.
Don't forget, too, that the Seahawks look unstoppable right now, having scored 35 or more points in each of their last three games, while Russell Wilson has tossed 13 touchdowns in that span.
"When everything starts functioning right, it can just go," coach Pete Carroll said, according to ESPN.com. "There's been a lot of years where we've had really good finishes and score a lot of points and put up a lot of numbers, and this is like that."
Cleveland, ranked 22nd against the pass and 29th against the rush, won't have the remedy to slow the Seahawks on the road. Manziel can create a big play or two, but in such a harsh environment, the Cleveland front office might be found perusing 2016 quarterback rankings before this one's over.
Prediction: Seahawks 44, Browns 18
Atlanta at Jacksonville (-3)
How about a closer line?
Maybe before the season this one looked like an obvious result on a bit of a down week for the schedule, but Blake Bortles and the Jacksonville Jaguars have found a way to make things interesting this year.
The Jaguars are right in the thick of things in the poor AFC South, meaning Bortles and Co. have everything to play for this weekend. The improving quarterback has 30 touchdowns to 13 interceptions this year while leaning on a star-studded cast led by Allen Robinson (66 catches, 1,084 yards and 12 touchdowns) and Allen Hurns (51, 863, eight).
Matt Ryan and the Atlanta Falcons continue to go in the complete opposite direction, having lost six in a row. Ryan's a mystery with his 17 touchdowns to 14 interceptions, and his team just got laughed off the field in a 38-0 shutout at the hands of the Carolina Panthers.
With the Falcons boasting just 15 sacks this season, it's not hard to imagine Bortles carving up the exploitable unit at home. Remember, the Jaguars enter this one red hot after a 51-16 walloping of the Indianapolis Colts, another team on a downswing.
This one has mismatch written all over it, no matter how cautious Las Vegas seems to want to play it.
Prediction: Jaguars 28, Falcons 20
