Steph Curry Purchases $3.2 Million Home in Walnut Creek
In perhaps the only bit of Steph Curry news you'll read today not involving The Streak, the Golden State Warriors guard has purchased a new home.
The Los Angeles Times' Neal J. Leitereg reported that Curry recently purchased a $3.2 million property in Walnut Creek, California—about 16 miles east of Oakland.
As far as multimillion superstar pads go, Curry's new spot is relatively low-key. Relatively.
It has a gated courtyard, a billiards room and a wine cellar capable of corralling 2,300 bottles.
There are five bedrooms, four fireplaces and close to 8,000 square feet of space for Riley to terrorize. There's even enough room for the Curry family to finally keep their favorite miniature pony on site (unconfirmed).
That's pretty good bang for your buck for a California property! But you will note that Curry's new place is conspicuously missing shark tanks and a two-story water slide. These are staples in any good superstar's home.
I assume he'll put them in later, lest the building not be up to code.
Dan is on Twitter. His home features a water slide solely for sharks.
