Notable Picks
1. Cleveland Browns: Paxton Lynch

Johnny Manziel will have six weeks to prevent this selection from happening, but if he fails to lock down the starting job, the Browns may be looking for a new franchise quarterback in the draft.
In fact, regardless of Manziel's performance, if the Browns shake things up in the front office and/or coaching staff, the new regime will likely want to bring in its own young signal-caller to groom for the future.
Paxton Lynch has been on the rise throughout the season, and ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr. recently placed him at No. 2 on his big board, saying, "He not only has a strong arm but the ability to get the ball out fast. He has the height to see the whole field quickly without creating space, and he throws well on the move when he needs that space."
Lynch will still need to answer questions throughout the offseason to solidify this position, but he has a leg up on the rest of the class to be the first quarterback off the board.
7. Dallas Cowboys: Ezekiel Elliott

Ezekiel Elliott, the clear-cut top draft-eligible running back, made waves on Saturday night when he announced he was turning pro and threw his coaching staff under the bus in a matter of minutes.
Those who follow the Ohio State program closely likely weren't shocked by the outburst, as Elliott is well known for being a passionate, emotional player in the Buckeyes locker room. Prior to Saturday, that side of him had only manifested in positive ways, but in a difficult moment after the game, he lashed out.
It certainly doesn't look good to publicly criticize your coaches, and Elliott will be asked about it during the interview process of the draft. But ultimately, this transgression falls so far down the list of reasons to raise a red flag on a prospect that it should have absolutely no impact on his draft stock.
The Cowboys will be targeting a player in the draft to help them win immediately, and Elliott certainly fits that description. He would step in as Dallas' workhorse right away.
9. Oakland Raiders: Jalen Ramsey

Ramsey, a cornerback at Florida State, could be viewed as a safety by some NFL teams, and Oakland is a candidate to have him graded as such.
With the Charles Woodson era presumably ending soon, the Raiders would be wise to bring in a young star like Ramsey to groom as his eventual replacement.

On his latest big board, Kiper ranked Ramsey fourth overall, stating he "would have rated him the top safety taken in the 2015 draft."
28. Denver Broncos: Derrick Henry

Peyton Manning's future in Denver is questionable, but with or without Manning, the Broncos are built to compete now.
While Manning's struggles this season have hurt, the Broncos would be better equipped to overcome his issues with a more powerful running game.
"2016 RB tiers: 1. Zeke Elliot -- 2. Derrick Henry -- -- -- 3. A group of guys who you can really rank in any order right now.
— Shane Alexander (@Alexander1Great) November 21, 2015"
Whether it's with an aging Manning or a young Brock Osweiler, a downhill runner such as Derrick Henry would be an excellent addition to the Broncos' offensive attack.
The ability to pound the ball and control the clock with Henry would fit perfectly with the Broncos' stifling defense.
