Packers' Rodgers Reaches 30,000 Career Passing Yards
Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers set an NFL record in Sunday's 27-20 win over the San Diego Chargers, becoming the fastest player in league history (3,652 pass attempts) to reach 30,000 career passing yards.
Rodgers also set the mark for most career touchdown passes upon reaching 30,000 yards, with 241 in 116 games (109 starts), per Elias Sports Bureau (via ESPN Stats & Info).
Most important of all, he helped the Packers improve to 6-0, completing 16 of his 29 pass attempts for 255 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's victory.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Though efficient as ever, Rodgers hasn't had his usual volume this season, and he's currently on pace for just 3,976 passing yards, despite averaging 8.2 yards per attempt and 2.5 touchdowns per game.
The biggest reason for the decreased volume is Green Bay's improved defense, which has surrendered just 16.8 points per game, even after allowing Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers to top 500 yards Sunday afternoon.
Only two teams, the New York Jets and Minnesota Vikings, have allowed fewer points per game, with only five teams collecting more takeaways than Green Bay's 10.
Any records Rodgers breaks this season will be for efficiency rather than volume, but it will still be surprising if he fails to reach 4,000 yards in a 16-game season for the first time in his career.
