Darius Acuff Jr. Stat Shows Wild Start NBA Career After Being Kings' No. 7 Overall Pick

Sacramento Kings rookie point guard Darius Acuff Jr. appears to have the ultimate green light in his first year in the NBA.

The 2026 No. 7 pick has gotten up a whopping 73 shots through three games, averaging 24.3 field goal attempts per game.

Acuff is averaging 22.3 points per game, highlighted by a 33-point explosion in Friday's loss to the Portland Trail Blazers. However, he's shooting just 32.9 percent from the field and 14.8 percent from three-point range.

Acuff's next chance to get buckets will come when the Kings (0-3) take on the San Antonio Spurs (1-2) on Tuesday.
