Tyrese Maxey Apologizes to LeBron James for Interrupting 1st 76ers Chalk Toss in Trending Video

Like many of his teammates, Philadelphia 76ers star Tyrese Maxey is still adjusting to life with LeBron James.

Maxey joked on social media about being in the wrong place at the wrong time as James was performing his customary pregame chalk toss:

The two-time All-Star made up for it by finishing with 28 points and five assists in Philly's 106-100 win over the reigning champion New York Knicks.

The Sixers have their home opener on Thursday against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Maxey would be wise to steer clear of the scorer's table altogether prior to tip-off.
