LeBron James' Special Jersey Patch Honoring Historic 24th NBA Season with 76ers Revealed in Photo

Each jersey LeBron James wears during his first season with the Philadelphia 76ers could be turned into a 1-of-1 collectible.

James will wear a patch commemorating his historic 24th NBA season for every game during the upcoming campaign, Topps announced Tuesday.

The patches will be removed after each game. Some of the patches will be featured in one-of-a-kind trading cards, Topps said.

James, who made NBA history by playing his 23rd season with the Los Angeles Lakers, is set to extend the record length of his career by tipping off his 24th campaign Tuesday night.

The specialty patch will be featured for the first time when James makes his regular-season Sixers debut in a 7 p.m. ET matchup at the New York Knicks.
