Mike Washington Jr.'s Fantasy Outlook for Raiders After Ashton Jeanty's Leg Injury
Your future fantasy football drafts perhaps took a turn on Sunday.

Rookie running back Mike Washington Jr., a fourth-round pick out of Arkansas, then took the remainder of the first-team snaps.
Washington has already impressed during the preseason, rushing for 119 yards through two games with two receptions for 18 yards. He appeared to be earning a role behind Jeanty, though the latter was still expected to earn the overwhelming majority of the touches.
But any long-term injury to Jeanty immediately propels Washington into the RB2 conversation, especially given that he's already flashed on the field. New head coach Klint Kubiak already said he was impressed with Washington following the team's first preseason game.
"Pleased with what Mike did," he told reporters. "Mike did some good things. Just like he practices, I think he was the same player that we've seen in practice. Had a big run, and just got to keep giving him more opportunities as this preseason goes."
Monitor the Jeanty situation carefully, both regarding his own draft status and that of Washington. If Jeanty's about to miss months, if not the entire season, you need to seriously consider drafting Washington in the middle rounds as a top-25 option at the position. If Jeanty is out, all signs point to Washington being the main man in Las Vegas' rushing attack.
